No refunds or exchanges
Every pair of CrazySneak sneakers is hand-crafted and made to order. For that reason all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once production has started.
Please confirm your size and personalization details carefully before placing your order. Our FAQ and the sizing guide on every product page are there to help — if anything is unclear, write to us before ordering and we’ll guide you.
If we made a mistake
If we shipped the wrong size, the wrong design, or your pair arrived with a production defect, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@crazysneak.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll send return instructions and replace or correct the order at our cost.
Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages & issues on arrival
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if your sneakers are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. The sooner you tell us, the faster we can fix it.
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned in any case:
- Custom-designed pairs (any personalization — names, dates, custom pearl or rhinestone placement)
- Sale and final-clearance items
- Gift cards
Refund fees
If a refund is issued in an exceptional case, payment-processor fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
