Delivery times<\/h2>\n

After production, tracked international shipping typically takes 4\u20138 business days. Total order-to-doorstep time is usually 11\u201321 days<\/strong>, but delivery times can extend up to 25 days<\/strong> following order placement.<\/p>\n

External circumstances \u2014 weather, customs procedures, public holidays, carrier delays \u2014 may cause longer transit times. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs but we will help you track and follow up.<\/p>\n

If your package doesn\u2019t arrive<\/h2>\n

If your order has not arrived within two months<\/strong> of shipment and tracking shows no movement, contact us at support@crazysneak.com<\/a> and we will issue a full refund.<\/p>\n

Customs duties & import taxes<\/h2>\n

For international orders outside the EU and the United States, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. We declare the actual value of your order on customs paperwork and cannot mark shipments as gifts.<\/p>\n

For orders to the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, duties and import taxes are included in the price shown at checkout \u2014 no surprises on delivery.<\/p>\n
