Production time
Every pair is handmade to order. Production typically takes 3–7 business days from the moment your personalization details are confirmed. Rush production (48 hours) is available on request — contact us at support@crazysneak.com vor der Bestellung an.
Delivery times
After production, tracked international shipping typically takes 4–8 business days. Total order-to-doorstep time is usually 11–21 days, but delivery times can extend up to 25 days following order placement.
External circumstances — weather, customs procedures, public holidays, carrier delays — may cause longer transit times. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs but we will help you track and follow up.
If your package doesn’t arrive
If your order has not arrived within two months of shipment and tracking shows no movement, contact us at support@crazysneak.com and we will issue a full refund.
Customs duties & import taxes
For international orders outside the EU and the United States, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. We declare the actual value of your order on customs paperwork and cannot mark shipments as gifts.
For orders to the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, duties and import taxes are included in the price shown at checkout — no surprises on delivery.
Shipping costs
Tracked international shipping is included on every order. There are no extra shipping fees at checkout.
Tracking
You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact support@crazysneak.com.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping costs may apply.
