Yes — if you need to change something, please message us as soon as possible after ordering. We can often help before production begins, but once crafting has started, changes may no longer be possible.

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and select European countries. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, please message us before ordering.

No. You can check out as a guest. An account just makes tracking easier.

Personalization

Depending on the design, you can personalize details such as names, dates, font style, embellishment choices, and more. The available options are shown clearly in the Customizer as you build your pair.

We offer a curated selection of bridal-friendly fonts — from classic script to clean modern. Preview them in the Customizer as you design.

If you have a custom font or design idea beyond the standard options, message us before ordering. We’ll review it with you and confirm what’s possible.

Yes — your design is previewed in real time as you build it in our Customizer. That is your main preview. If you’d like an extra check from us after ordering, just message us and we’ll do our best to help before production begins.

Yes. If you prefer a clean pair, simply leave the text personalization option blank.

We aim to match your selected design as closely as possible. Because each pair is finished by hand, small differences in placement or detail may happen, but the overall design will follow your chosen customization.

Delivery

Typically around 13–15 days total. That includes 5–7 business days to make your pair, plus 6–9 business days for tracked shipping.

Yes. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Every order is shipped with trusted shipping partners and includes tracked, insured delivery.

Yes — shipping is free to all countries we currently ship to. No extra taxes or duties are charged on delivery.

Your finished pair, the original laces, and spare embellishments where needed. Custom wedding socks are also available as an optional add-on.

Sizing

Our sneakers follow Air Force 1-style sizing. Open our Sizing Guide to view the chart and learn how to measure your foot.

For most people, yes. If you’re unsure, please check the Sizing Guide or message us before ordering.

Message us before ordering with your foot measurement in centimeters. We’ll help you pick the right size personally.

Returns & Refunds

Because each pair is handmade and personalized just for you, we don’t accept general returns. We do replace or refund in two cases: if the product doesn’t match the listing, or if it is damaged during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please message us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and include photos. We’ll make it right.

If your order doesn’t match what you purchased, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

For anything outside those cases, we review requests individually but cannot guarantee a refund or replacement. Because each pair is personalized, we strongly recommend reaching out with sizing or design questions before ordering.

Yes. If you’re unsure about sizing, shipping timing, or whether your wedding date is workable, message us before ordering and we’ll help you choose the best option.

Yes. All payments are processed through our secure encrypted checkout.

Rush Orders

Often, yes. We can sometimes deliver in 7–10 days total with a rush order. Please message us before ordering so we can confirm the timeline and quote the rush fee.

Yes. The rush fee varies based on your date and design — we quote transparently before you order.
