Most pairs are made to order in 3–7 business days and then shipped with tracking. From order to doorstep, delivery usually takes around 11–21 days, depending on destination.
If you need to adjust your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can often help before production begins. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
Because each pair is personalized, custom orders are final sale. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us and we’ll help.
