“By far the worst experience I've ever had on Etsy. This seller is very unprofessional and unresponsive when you message them. I ordered my sneakers on June 20th with the estimated delivery date to be between July 9-12th. The tracking info never updated and I contacted the seller who stated they ship packages by bus to Poland and that the shipping is delayed and I would have to wait an additional 13 days. I needed the sneakers for my dress fitting and they completely ruined that for me. I opened a case with Etsy and ended up getting a refund from ETSY not the SELLER and the seller took it upon them selves to pocket the money since it was not taken from them and cancel my order. From what it seems the package was never even mailed out just a label was created which is why they were able to cancel. Beware of this scam!!”
